Smile puts a small, kind pause between you and the apps that pull you in. Here's how to get help.
An app won't open after the ritual. A few apps (like FaceTime) have no link Smile can use to reopen them. In the app, open that app's menu and use "Fix jump-back app", or just switch back to it yourself.
Guarding isn't working. Make sure Screen Time access is granted (Settings → Screen Time), and that "Guard my apps" is on. If you set guard hours, apps are only guarded during that window.
